As of 11/18/24, our new drop box has been installed. We are now able to accept after hours drop offs! Please fill out the drop box envelope & make sure to sign it. This allows us to test drive, complete pre-scheduled work or diagnosis. We will let you know what is recommended after the inspection before any additionally recommended work is completed. We are able to set out lock boxes for after-hours pick up.
We understand this can make it more difficult for our customers to get their vehicles to us for repairs & services. Customer cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated! When your appointment is scheduled, we will have a specific time for drop off to help the congestion of the small area we currently have for parking. (Think of it as a doctor's visit for your car)
We want to ensure our customers safety as we are an active construction site and are required to secure the entire property outside of normal business hours at this time.
Our construction crews are working hard to get us back into our building after the fire at the end of May. The current expectation is to be settled back in the building in late October or early November. We will keep the site updated for more news.

As the cleanup and demolition has been completed, we are happy to say that reconstruction of our building is in the early phases. As we get a tentative date for completion, we will let you know. As for now, we will continue to take appointments on a limited basis. Call or message us today to get on the schedule.

Notice of our HOLIDAY HOURS & ADDITIONAL CLOSURES
As of 12/2/24, We are hopeful to be in our newly renovated shop building before Christmas. We are excited and will be sure to keep you all informed when we get to move from our temporary office location on the East Side of the main building.
We will be closed on Wed 12/18 (moving tools & equipment into building).
We will be closed for an extended time over Christmas. We want to ensure that our staff can enjoy the Christmas season with their loved ones. December 20th (Friday) we will close at 3pm, our normal time.

December 24th (Tuesday) through December 27th (Friday)
&
We will also be closed on New Year's Day, January 1st, 2025.

We are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel!!
As we begin to take a small number of appointments, please be patient and we will get you in as soon as we can.
We are knee deep in the cleanup process at this time & we still have several months to get our building rebuilt.
The great news is that we are opening our doors to our customers on a limited appointment basis at this time. You can call our office to get on the books! We do have phones up and running, along with internet again!! YAY!!! Please leave a voicemail and we will get back in touch with you as soon as we can. You can also reach us through the website & email to get scheduled.
** Because we are an active worksite for reconstruction, we cannot offer waiting appointments or after hours vehicle drop off at this time. We understand that this creates some difficulty but safety for our customers is top priority, and we appreciate your understanding. **
Going with the flow & THE PLAN...
We have a temporary office set up on the east side of the property. We have portable lifts and one operational lift set under the carports. We are excited to get back to providing our customers the best experience in automotive repairs and maintenance services.

We apologize for the disruption in servicing our customer vehicles, but we need to cancel all scheduled appointments at Mikey’s Total Car Care until further notice. Unfortunately, this also means we are unable to take in any vehicles at this time as well. We had a small fire overnight Tuesday and it has caused considerable damage inside our shop from the smoke. We are having teams come in and clean and restore us to normal operating status. We can still be reached via email, our website and telephone. Please be patient with us in getting back to you as quickly as we can. We are committed to the safety of our customers, staff and vendors and so we need to halt operation until further notice. We will reach out to all the customer that had appointments scheduled once we are operational. Please continue to check our website for additional updates as to when we can start scheduling customers again.

- Mikey’s Total Car Care is still closed at this time. We have a fantastic crew that is helping guide us through this process of clean up and rebuilding our facility. There are still a lot of unanswered questions as to when we will be operational for our Awesome customers but we will continue to update the website as we get more information. **Update ** Thursday December 12, 2024 - We are so close to getting back into our building! Countertops are being installed and final electrical and plumbing are being completed. We will be closed on 12/18/24 to move tools and equipment into the building. We are all excited & cannot wait to show our customers the improvements & upgrades that have been made. Check back frequently to see when we will be 100% moved back in.

**10/03/2024 Update**
YES! We are OPEN and taking appointments for your vehicle needs.
We are still not in our building, but we do have an outdoor workspace that our technicians are utilizing like the ROCKSTARS they are. For check in, come into our temporary office (the tan mini mobile building) on the far east side of the property. We have been able to open up a larger section of the parking lot offering more parking on OUR property. YAY!
We are still asking our customers to adhere to their scheduled drop off times. This helps us tremendously get you checked in as quickly as possible. Our customers have been greatly understanding of our current operating restrictions, listed below.

In order to remain open during this process, we absolutely MUST comply with and respect our contractors request and stipulations.
We are expecting the roofing materials any day and that is a huge step towards the reconstruction process. Once the roof is completed the internal building reconstruction will begin quickly. We have the new lifts waiting to be delivered & installed. All new equipment has been purchased and much of it is already being used. We cannot wait till we can Re-Grand Open the newly renovated building. Stay tuned for more information on the CELEBRATION.

We were blessed again with a vehicle donation from an amazing donor that would like to remain anonymous. It will need some TLC, Mikey’s will be doing limited reconditioning to get this vehicle safe and drivable so that then, we can donate to a person in need. This vehicle is higher mileage but will be in good working order when donated. The selected individual will be selected by a random drawing & will be notified March 19, 2025.
