Waiter Appointments vs. Drop Off Appointments
Here at Mikey's we value each of our customers!
We offer both waiting & drop off appointments.
LATE OR EARLY DROP OFF:
If you need to drop off your vehicle outside of our normal business hours, we have you covered.
We have a drop box located in the small door next to the garage door. Please fill out an envelope & make sure to sign it. This gives us permission to test drive your vehicle.
WAITING APPOINTMENTS:
We are LIMITED to a small number of waiter appointments each day. When appointments are scheduled, we kindly ask that if you need to wait while the service or diagnosis is completed, please let us know. This may change the day or time that you are scheduled. This ensures that you receive the best customer service at the time you are scheduled.
DROP OFF APPOINTMENTS:
We are able to accommodate more customers with drop off appointments. The technicians pull vehicles in in the order they are dropped off. We work to be as efficient as we can to get you back on the road in a timely manner.
If you schedule a drop off appointment, we ask that you drop your vehicle off before 9am, unless you have arranged with us a different time to drop.

* If you schedule a waiting appointment & decide to drop it off instead, No Problem!
* If you scheduled a DROP OFF appointment & need to wait, please let us know as soon as possible by calling the office, emailing us or sending us a text message to 719-378-4915. We know your time is valuable & don't want to keep you waiting any longer than necessary. *
